My two Cents on Kratom

There is a massive stigma about the use of kratom, and I find it very hard to comprehend, or sympathize with the people who are anti kratom. The reason being is because the “politicians” whom are anti kratom will push big pharma drugs like Vicodin and other name brand pain pills. But that is a topic for another time. SO, I’ve dabbled with the use of kratom for several years on and off, and have noticed an increase in physical abilities while using it. When taking kratom in small dosages 2-4 grams I’ve noticed enhanced motivation, along with better focus while being in the gym, and or running. I’ve also never really had bad side effects while taking it in low dosages. Now if you take to much like 8 grams you will get a more sedative effect where your relaxed and probably wont feel like working out. Using kratom in higher dosages may cause upset stomach. For instance I used about 10 grams last night of Red bali Kratom, and had delayed effects so I used a little more and it hit me like a ton of bricks! I was still able to function and act properly, just was nauseous for a few hours.


Overall in low dosages kratom definitely increases your you can read more here: physical drive and stamina. I literally felt like I could run forever without being tired at all. I had this extreme euphoria and oneness with myself, and the world. I think kratom can definitely be a good thing, but like all plants or supplements it needs to be used with caution. I’ve read that people want to ban kratom because it’s “addictive” which may be true, but you can say that about anything like high fructose corn syrup, GMO’s, eating garbage food like McDonald’s and so on.
