Having a bigger chest is something everyone seems to want, so we are going to show you how to get it!
First you need to eat MORE protein. Think of protein like fuel to a car, your body needs more protein to create more mass in order to grow. Secondly you need to eat more carbs, carbs are fuel for your body to create energy. in terms of working out you need to start lifting heavier and doing slower lifts.
