Fitness Workout to get lean

Lean workouts

Began adjusting my workouts a bit, from previously, more lifting and cliometrics with less cardio. I think this will help sustain and build muscle. Current workout today was high reps. 4 sets of wrists curls at 25 reps of 30 lbs, regular curls 3 sets of 12 at 30 lbs then super sets of hammer curls with 55 lbs 4 sets for 8 reps. Shoulder press 55 lbs 3 sets for 10 reps, then pull ups 4 sets as many as I could do on each set. I have also been increasing my calorie count as well as carb count. Hopefully this will help retain more muscle, and add muscle mass while keeping the lean mass.
